APIPBG’S(Association of Pensioners of the Ionian – People’s Bank of Greece) COLLABORATION WITH ANASSA VOLOS GENERAL CLINIC
1. INTERVENTION AND NURSING SERVICES
ATTENTION: A NECESSARY PREREQUISITE WHEN ADMISSION FOR HOSPITALITY IN THE CLINIC IS THE USE OF THE EOPYY SECURITY AND THEN ADDITIONALLY THE USE OF THE AXA INSURANCE NOT USE OF A SINGLE-BED ROOM
1. In cases of hospitalization and examinations covered by the AXA insurance policy, a 20% absorption is provided (difference from the AXA policy including Medical Fees).
2. In case the EOPYY is used, a 10% discount is provided on hospital stays or a room upgrade.
3. Free ambulance transportation in cases of emergency or scheduled hospitalization within the Athens region.
4. 40% discount on home nursing services.
Specifically, in cases of hospitalization and examinations of your members, there will be absorption of 20% (difference from the AXA contract) and absorption of 10% (participation of the referral), reducing the burden from 15% to 5%.
2. MEDICAL ACTIONS
1. Medical procedures covered by the PD/GE: Absorption of 10% of the referral’s participation, reducing the burden from 15% to 5%.
2. For medical procedures not covered by EOPYY or the insurance company: A 50% discount is provided on the clinic’s price list.
3. CLINICAL EXAMINATIONS
Provision of clinical examinations, in the following specialties by appointment for a fee of €20:
Pathologist, Cardiologist, Surgeon, Pulmonologist, Orthopedic, Urologist, Nephrologist, Gastroenterologist
For the other specialties such as ENT, ophthalmologist, endocrinologist, neurologist, neurosurgeon, vascular surgeon and gynecologist the fee is 30.00 euros.
4. FREE CHECK UP
The clinic will offer for each protected member appearing in the pensioner’s sick book, a free check up annually which includes:
Chest x-ray, General blood, Diabetes, General urine, Triglycerides, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL
5. DIAGNOSTIC EXAMINATIONS
1. Diagnostic tests covered by PD/FEK: Absorption of 10% of the referral’s participation, reducing the burden from 15% to 5%.
2. For diagnostic tests that are not covered by EOPYY or an insurance company, a 50% discount is provided on the clinic’s price list.
3. The free check up applies to the protected members who appear in the member’s health booklet.
DIRECT RESPONSE COORDINATION CENTER
Telephone service will be provided 24 hours a day, throughout the year. With a phone every emergency will be dealt with or a medical-diagnostic examination or hospitalization will be scheduled.
TERMS OF SUPPLY
The above program will be offered to the members of the Pensioners’ Association of the Ionian – People’s Bank of Greece without any registration fee or other subscription than simply and only by showing their sick book.
